Psychotherapy

I provide counseling for individuals, couples, families and groups.  As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) I am able to offer a unique, integrated treatment approach to address a range of mental health concerns.

My clients are most often dealing with complications related to life changes. Occasionally clients attend sessions due to traumatic events which have impacted their daily life, as well as issues related to both current and past family challenges.

OUR SPACE: Social Gatherings for young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder

The intention of these social gatherings is to create a safe space for neurodiverse young adults to connect in meaningful ways and foster a sense of community and belonging. OUR SPACE is a 90 minute group therapy/activity group comprised of 5-7 individuals.

Art Therapy

As a Board Certified Art Therapist, I often incorporate art therapy into the work with my clients. I may provide art therapy directives and encourage art making to increase exploration of current issues. Non-directive open art allows the person to take risks and carry this success into their daily lives. I act as an observer during the art making to reflect the process that relates to the spoken word.

Clinical Supervision:

My outpatient practice consists of ongoing supervision for art therapists seeking registration. I provide small group supervision as well as individual supervision for art therapists and MFT interns.  Individual, Triadic and Group Supervision are offered.
