I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC#42032) and a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR# 01-054). I have extensive clinical experience providing support to those struggling with life changes, adolescents with behavioral challenges, and individuals who are motivated to make shifts in their patterns of behavior however big or small.
I have over 20 years experience working with the neurodiverse community. My approach is one of embracing neurological differences and assisting my clients with centering their experience. This often includes but is not limited to: identifying strengths, increasing self-awareness and self-esteem, setting goals that are internally motivated and developing self-advocacy skills. Our work together is always in service of the client and aiding them on their journey of discovery and celebration of self.
